My Story

Throughout my life so far, I have overcome many hurdles. Many of these hurdles, you may be experiencing right now. 

In the past, I suffered from severe anxiety, depression, endometriosis and a lack of  self worth from my early teens until my late twenties. I had tried different medications, therapies, diets and I would sometimes see improvement, but my suffering would always return.

The suffering was always there, eating away at my soul. I became really good at hiding my pain, until I had my son. The traumatic experience of birth, the lack of sleep and constant worry about his health issues took my suffering to a whole new level. I was ready to give up. I saw doctors and  psychologists, I turned to both eastern and western medicine but nothing helped, some of the treatments actually made me worse.  I finally managed to see some improvement when I tried  a new diet and program... but it still didn't fix the underlying problem... my mind.

I was programmed this way, I had been living the life of suffering for so long, I would unconsciously self sabotage my own happiness. Being anxious, depressed, sick and in pain was my comfort zone.

It wasn't until I reprogrammed my mind using Timeline Therapy and NLP that the changes started to stick. I had a lot of pain to let go of, a lot of limiting beliefs to change, negative habits to remove and a lot of self work to do, but with every session, I felt more and more weight lift off of my shoulders. I felt more energized, more motivated and clear. I was able to stick to my strategies to move forward and reach my goals. 

Now, I am here to help you do the same. I am so passionate about helping other women to release their pain and suffering so they can step into their true selves, so they can feel empowered and become the goddess they were destined to be.
